Mary,

This is not a download coming from Arachne. It's a service provided by
hotmail. Many web-based mail services now have a feature where they
include thumbnails of links that are in the message. Because the
Arachne footer includes a Flickr link, hotmail adds thumbnails of the
photostream. No one is actually sending the photos to you and they do
not add to your download limit. Gmail does the same thing with Flickr
links.
