The new OIDFA Bulletin tells about a lace festival in Parnu in July each year, but doesn't give any dates. Does anyone know if the dates of this festival in July 2020 will be close enough to the OIDFA Congress (the first of August) for someone to attend both?
I hope to attend the Congress and am exploring possible side trips to make before or after the Congress. A lace festival would be an interesting experience.
