The dates in July would vary each year according to the Pärnu's summer schedule of festivals. But due to the 2020 OIDFA Congress the lace exhibitions in Pärnu, Viljandi, Narva, Tallinn, & of course in Tartu are being organized so that they will be open before, during & after the Congress weekend. Some other smaller towns may also have a small "lace" theme exhibition. Please remember: Estonia is a small & fairly flat country (half the size of Tasmania & not so mountainous), and quite easy to visit many places.
