Robert,
I finished my 320 in October of 1994. The market conditions for custom
aircraft interiors has change a lot since then. I have not been keeping up
with the latest. But, I can tell you what I did.

I never did completely finish my interior because of shortage of funds and I
did not want to add the additional 30 pounds to the empty weight of the
aircraft. Instead, I made some homemade cushions using some material called
"conforfoam" or "temperfoam". This material is said to conform to the body
shape as it is warmed by body heat. It was billed as "Space Age" material
and was used in the Space shuttle etc. The material is a 3 layer sandwich
of 3 different material densities (CF-40, CF-42 and CF 47). Each layer is 1
inch thick when not compressed. I purchased four pieces, 16" x 18" and
trimmed them to fit the seat bottom and seat back. It trims easily when
cold with a fine hack saw blade.
The material is manufactured by EAR Specialties, 317-872-1111. I purchased
mine from:
Buckley Industries
PO Box 574
1600 East Murdock
Wichita, Kansas 67201
316-262-0425

After the cushions were trimmed to fit, I covered them with modified pillow
cases and added zippers. The pillow case covers are attached to the back of
the seat back with Velcro. I realize that this is not a show plane special
but I built my airplane to fly, not to compete as a show plane.

I didn't use any stick boots as the slot in the seat cushion pretty well
covers that function.
The best of luck to you with whatever you decide to do. I hope we can start
flying again soon.
Bob
