FYI, Old reported bug bit me in SRFI-13 that still exists in Larceny's copy. http://srfi.schemers.org/srfi-13/post-mail-archive/msg00003.html
For no really good reason I sorta ported SRFI-13 to (rl3 types strings) library which is used by SSAX. Any XML attribute with a #\space in it will die from the bug. e.g. <mydoc keyword="dee dum">hello</mydoc> Ray
