Hi Ron,

Nice call on the hung jury.  I agree with your opinion about racism.  It
is still very much alive and well in this country, unfortunately.  

Yes, Bailey is talking about OJ when he talks about vindication.  He
still has these pipe dreams that some day they are going to find the
"real" killers and OJ will be exonerated in the eyes of the public.  Or,
more likely, he is carrying the concept of being an advocate for his
client beyond the trial and considers it a permanent duty. 

I also read some things that seem to indicate that even the new evidence
does not vindicate Sam Shepherd beyond a shadow of a doubt.
