Of course I did.Error is still generated though.
Strange... I just compiled latest svn with fpc 2.4.0

Ok,Case closed.There was a problem with SVN client not updating
correctly files.I had to remove all working copy,retrieve again from
repository then "make clean bigide", then rebuild IDE with additional
components from menu option.
