[lazarus] Enhanced versions of TStringGrid

I was talking with Jesus about his TAttrStringGrid (attached to issue 1360):

Maybe it could be part of LCL? I mean, we could have the standard, Delphi-compatible TStringGrid AND a new grid, descendant of the standard, with extra features. Or even an entire set (maybe a whole tab) of enhanced grids, like this:

So TAttrStringGrid could be the first grid on this new tab, and others could be added as they were created. What about this?
