That is a nightmare on Mandy 8+ .... I think your referring to a older
relase (I hope!). LFS is probably clearer for what we're looking at,
barring Busybox compatibility.

Yep, it does! LFS still uses hwclock, so all the
problems lie in the Busybox 'date' problem.

It appears that they have moved to "ddate", which might be a good
idea for busybox too, size in consideration.
