Hi,

My complete download-and-rebuild on a different build host failed on
shorewall (and shorewall6). The buildtool.cfg references
http://www.shorewall.net//pub/shorewall/4.4/shorewall-4.4.13/shorewall-4.4.13.tgz
which does not exist anymore (as of 2010-09-24).

Seems that shorewall-4.4.13.tgz is now moved to
shorewall-4.4.13/superseded/shorewall-4.4.13.tgz and we have
shorewall-4.4.13/shorewall-4.4.13.1.tgz instead.

I have updated shorewall/buildtool.* and shorewall6/buildtool.* to
reference 4.4.13.1.

Out of interest, do we have a standard policy on referencing upstream
source files "directly" versus copying them into the LEAF CVS? There are
pros and cons both ways...
