OK, I think I've got it setup correctly.  At the very least, the rsync
server should have a current (within the last 24 hours) version of the
*ENTIRE* CVS archive (not just the first 'chunk' of it), and I think it will
now properly update via cron (or e-mail me if there are problems).

NOTE:  The server that this is running on is getting very low on disk space
(that's what happens when marketing folks have write access to an FTP
server!), but will hopefully not run into serious problems in the next few
days.  Long term, either a bunch of stuff will get deleted or we'll get
bigger disks...just an FYI.

Let me know if it looks like anything's wrong...or if everything seems OK.
