I know it's out there somewhere but I can't find it again. What's the
right thing to do to submit developed .LRP packages?
Specifically, I've made a top package (I've asked for before and heard
others ask for it) and a hybridcon package (for communication with the
diagnostics of hybrid one way phone-return cable modems).
