Well, Thanks for your input [EMAIL PROTECTED] i agree with you the image on the
iso is 1440,So i think there shouldn't be any issues.I figured out the issue is
with the iso i have created through Nero.It isn't loading the packages which i
have specified through it, but on specifying the cd -rom path to the original
Bering iso[working LEAF] ,the error is not there.
Also i'm having LEAF.cfg on the iso, only the bootdisk.ima and DB files on the
floppy. Its like i'm using floppy to boot and record the changes and using the
CD for copying the necessary packages as and when required.
Then after my configuration is over,i plan to use the CD as the boot device
and boot up LEAF.
So i've got the following query
1.When i edit the bootdisk.ima from the ISO,it writes the config.db and
modules.db in that bootdisk.ima
2.I've extracted the iso contents to a folder named LEAF. When i replace the
bootdisk.ima with this modified one , should mkisofs be used to recreate the
iso or creating the iso from nero or ashampoo would do the trick
3.Also i checked out the HOWTO of creating a bering bootcd in windows but it
was giving some error on the mkisofs
I've narrowed the problem down to that being of iso creation.Kindly help me
in creating a bootable Bering-LEAF iso
Thanking You,
Chaitanya
