The 5.0alpha versions 1 and 2 are missing a nic driver. My system uses *
tulip* nics and a search for the kernel modules did not find them. Since I
was unable to get past this point I'm not sure of any other issues.
I downloaded the src.tgz file and searched for the kernel config. If I'm
reading the files correctly, tulip is included in all architectures except
i486. I also checked the i686 iso, and it does have tulip files.
I assume this was left out by error. Can anyone confirm?
