# WED 26TH NOV,9.30PM, (West Papua activist) David Bridie
performs at the famous Spiegeltent (a travelling Belgium cabaret tent
of wooden booths,stained glass,mirrors...quite exotic and once performed 
in by marlene dietrich!!) on a grand piano with Amanda Brown and Phil 
Wales. The gigs at 9.30pm and the tent is in the domain near the 
gallery..the tent is certainly worth venturing into once in your
life

awareness to a more humane Australia?"
Shalom College, UNSW (enter from Barker Street,near the corner of Anzac
Parade) Speakers Alan Gold [author, human rights activist), Professor
Andrew Jakubowicz, Faculty of the Humanities and Social Sciences, UTS, 
Emeritus Professor Colin Tatz, Director, Australian Institute of 
Holocaust and Genocide Studies, Susan Varga, prominent Australian 
author, and social critic, Winton Higgins, Sydney author and academic.

The discussion will launch Winton Higgins' important new book on the 
subject, Journey into Darkness (Brandl & Schlesinger), the diary of a 
recent journey to Israel and Poland in search of the Holocaust's meaning
