My previous program was FTM. I used it for years and it was a challenge to transfer to Legacy, but now I am comfy with Legacy and really like most of the features. I did like the charts, though, and with all the talk here about them, I decided to try to port my database to FTM and create some charts.
Questions: There are several choices in Legacy about how it should create the GEDCOM. Which one is best to use? When I import to FTM, it tells me I have a gazillion errors. Is this a problem for just creating charts? Any way to avoid them?
