I presume you mean that there is the opportunity to add a lot more information about each Source in Legacy. This is one of the excellent features of Legacy, but you don't *need* to use every part of the Source dialog box if you don't want to.
Have you discovered the wondered Source Clipboard? This saves you a huge amount of typing, as you really only need to type in each Source and Detail once.
