Sure! go to the Individual Information screen, look at the icons displayed. One of them should resemble a notepad. Click on that.

You are taken to a new window with three tabs, General, Research, and Medical. Click on the Medical tab. There is a cause of death field there. There you go.

Did you know you can display death cause in the Family View? You sure can. RIGHT click on the field names in Family View, and a window titled Customize Display comes up. Of course, you can do this however you want, but I chose to display "Cause of Death" in the 5th field. To do that, click on the "..." and a whole bunch of possible fields to choose from comes up. Look for "Cause of Death" and select that. Close Customize Display, and bravo, you now have Death Cause on the Family View. I keep Death Cause visible on mine, I really would go nuts without seeing that.
