The easiest way to do is, switch 'Customize Display' fifth line to User ID. Create the prefix, using the partial or whole surname, then (I don't remember how I originally moved my RIN into that field), but once you do that, paste the prefix in front of the number. If you pre-tag everyone, then you can create each branch one at a time, working with the search list on the left, and edit on the right. Untag as complete. When I did this it took about 10-20 each minute, and the ones I had to think about left for the last ones. Good luck Rich in LA CA
