I had a lot of trouble with the missing "install file" after a disastrous system restore and found reinstalling legacy would not work. I had to shift my family files to another drive, manually delete all vestiges of legacy from C: drive, download a new version of legacy7 to the desktop and install from there. It was also a good reason to move from dialup to broadband!

It still will not uninstall. It says exactly the same thing. "Could not find Install.log file." If you innstall a new copy of Legacy over your existing one you should then be able to uninstall.
