I recently installed Windows 7 and ever since every time I launch my Legacy program it first wants to install something called "smartsound quicktracks plugin, and get the error code 1706."
Using Google, I searched the net for a fix and have downloaded "promised" fixes, but nothing works and it is quite annoying to go through this. Anyone have any knowledge of this problem and what the real fix is? Thanks in advance for your help.
