Don't forget the use of privacy [[ ... ]] brackets. Anything entered inside double brackets will not print but will be visible on the monitor screen. These brackets can be used in the name fields and/or the prefix and suffix fields. They will also show on screen in the Index and Marriage and Name Lists.
