I suggest that if you can find a computer connected on broadband, such as at a library, go ahead and download Legacy there, save to thumb drive or burn to CD and then use that file to install Legacy.
You would need to do the same thing when updating. In Yahoo, when you're in a Compose Mail window or replying to an HTML email, take a look at the far right, just above the Norton icon, where you can switch to Plain Text for the email you're composing.
