I am extremely hard of hearing, wear hearing aids and find some webinars hard to hear (even with full volume). My preference would be Closed Captions (subtitles). Use them all the time on TV and videos. Only way to hear. Live captions is always behind, and closed captions will take too long to get video free to people for 10 days. However post production closed captions to CD videos would be great.

In the USA, ASL (American Sign Language) is used there and it would be great to have ASL on your webinars if at all possible for your Deaf viewers.
