No. You should be looking at the information for each individual. If
you're not sure if they're the same, use the Tagging option so you can
later bring those up in the Name List by searching that tag number. Then
you'll see the 'pairs' next to each other and you can click from one to
the other to see if they're the same person or not. Then you can use
Manual Merge to merge them. That's when you would use the RIN's to bring
them up in the Merge window.
