Not necessarily true, as people have said if the email comes from yahoo, aol, etc. if they have changed their DMARC rules then they will be flagged as spam or junk even if you have the person in your contact list and the user group in your list. I will find the same group of user’s responses in my Spam folder even though I mark them as not spam.
