When I try to back up my v.8 data file (current release) to zip, no file is created. After selecting the file name and location, and then clicking on "Backup", the hour glass icon appears and won't stop until I move the cursor/hour glass off the Legacy window. It makes no difference how long I leave the hour glass there. It's not creating a file. A thorough search confirms that the file is not there. Some help on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
