One "clean-up" I suggest would be to review all your master lists to
clean up duplicates by combining them into a single standard and by
deleting unused entries. Most of the lists which have pre-defined
entries (like event definitions) will give you the option to restore any
default entries you may have deleted by removing unused.

For instance:
Unknown Russell, perhaps a date, perhaps not, or a place, I would make M
or F, if known. I am no longer using UNKNOWN! But, would if be a good
clean up to just delete all the people listed as Unknown, or leave
a , and surname such as ", Russell". I'm inclined to just delete!
