  Job Summary :                       
  The Site Manager main responsibility is to manage the overall management of 
the site office where the foundation is conducting its project. The Site 
Manager perform key role in providing strategic leadership and direction for 
all site staff, especially for those under his/her immediate supervision. 
He/She is responsible to ensure the adequacy of financial resource and perform 
financial control for proper accounting and reporting of transactions; ensure 
that all logistic required for project and programs are available; supervise 
programs design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, development and 
reporting on project site; manage project operation in site; verify all 
requisition to regional office; serve as liaison between Ibu Foundation and 
external stakeholders on site.
  Main Tasks :
  o             Laying basic framework for site project management direction by 
creating site work plan for program and management.
  o             Socialize, maintain & internalize the foundation shared values.
  o             Maintain & continuously monitor project operations in site 
territory.
  o             Organize and Execute site office weekly management coordination 
and report forum.
  o             Attending and participate in regional office weekly management 
coordination and report forum.
  o             Verify & submit Site Office monthly & annual report to Regional 
Director and Human Resource & Administration Assistant.
  o             Coordinate with Program Officer to make Site program plan.
  o             Monitor program design, implementation & progress in site 
office. 
  o             Ensure that programs are arrange and performs based on 
foundations strategic directions.
  o             Verify & submit program reports to Regional Director & Senior 
Program Officer.
  o             Act as Regional Office public relation in seeking, building, 
maintaining and establishing relationship with donors, partners, other 
institution and or interest group related with Site Office operation.
  o             Determine, decide and act as foundation representative in 
making cooperation with other party at regional office level.
  o             Bridging relationship and communication between responsible 
position holder in site office with donors, partners, other institution and or 
interest group related with site office operation.
  ○             Create HR program plan for Site Office Staff
  ○             Staffing
  §         Coordinate with regional office Human Resource & Administration 
Assistant in a matter of staff recruitment.
  §         Determine, conduct & make decision related with recruitment of 
staffs under his/her coordination.
  §         Determine & decide allocate and or re-allocate staff under his/her 
coordination.
  §         Make legal agreement in a matter of staff allocation and 
re-allocate.
  §         Provide formal & informal orientation to new staff.
  §         Make decision in site staff travel for official assignment.
  §         Make decision and conduct all matter related with site office staff 
separation from service.
  o             Performance Evaluation
  §         Make a performance evaluation for all staff under his/her 
coordination.
  §         Consult with Human Resource & Administration Assistant (if 
required) in a matter of regional office staff performance evaluation.
  o             Care Programs
  §         Provide consultation for staff under his/her coordination, if 
needed.
  §         Make decisions related with training & development program for 
staffs under His/Her coordination.
  ○             Recording : Make & keep performance evaluation record of 
staffs under his/her coordination. 
  o             Coordinate with Regional Director & Logistic Manager in 
regional office for site logistic requisition.
  o             Ensure that all logistic require for operation in site office 
are available.
  ○             Ensure the availability of financial resource for site 
office operations.
  ○             Maintain and continuously monitor the utilizations of 
site office financial resource.
  ○             Make decisions for financial resource utilization at the 
amount above Rp. …..
  ○             Verify the site office monthly financial report and 
submit it to Regional Director & Finance Manager.  
   
  Qualifications
   
  Education
  o             Bachelor Degree in Health, Psychology, Sociology or Economics. 
Could be from other major but have experience in the related field above.
   
  Skills
  o             Show capability in leadership. 
  o             Good understanding in organizational structural and cultural 
approach. 
  o             Competent in managing team, organization and resource. 
  o             Good interpersonal communication, doing presentation & 
negotiation; Fluent in oral & written English and Bahasa Indonesia, fluency in 
other language is an advantage.
  o             Competent in seeking, building, establishing and maintaining 
relationship; Good ability in conflict resolving & working individually and or 
in team. 
  o             Good ability in logic, systematic & strategic thinking, & 
analyzing problems; high objectivity and good consideration in giving judgment 
and make decision; High willingness to learn & relearn; Capable in handling 
multitask and dealing with complexity.
  o             Capable in using office standard software & internet for 
browsing and communicates.
   
  Experiences
  o             Experience in social & humanistic field works, project & 
programs.
  o             Experience in leadership position.
   
  Physical Aspect
  Good health condition, since main task are not only require office work but 
also require the position holder to do official travel at least in regional
