No, you are wrong.  Read the press release.  He most certainly 
joined the RLC.  Jay Bozevich (sp?), RLC State Chair is a good 
friend of Cox's and was at the press conference.  

BTW, the RLC of Texas held a hospitality suite at the TX GOP State 
Convention last year with Ron Paul and Jerry Patterson.  

Attendence?
