Sorry Eric, I guess I just misunderstood the question.

I suppose that you could ridicule the idea that she isn't qualified because
she isn't from an Ivy-League school.  Or that she is particularly qualified
because she is a victim because she is a woman.  That seems to be the limit
to what the pundits are saying.

We know next to nothing about her, except that she quit her fundamentalist
church and started a new one because it was getting too liberal.  Being an
Orthodox Christian, I find this to be a bit ironic (we tend to think of
other churches, including the Roman Catholic, to be "new" and liberal and
possibly blasphemous).  I am more comfortable with the original intent,
whether it be of the Founding Fathers, or with God.

That being the case, will she try to bring some new meaning to the
Constitution that isn't there?  She did it with her church.

Personally, I would hope that she takes her cue from Thomas and not from ANY
of the others.

And I still haven't answered your question!!
