Likewise, I apologize! I understand where you are coming from and would agree with what you wrote below except we blame the wrong people most of the time. Basically we must get to the root of the problem if we want to do any good. FYI: I have 3 to 15 homeless men living (staying when they want to) in one of my buildings where they can come and go, be out of the weather and take a bath. As long as they clean up after themselves and do not cause each other or the neighbors trouble I never bother them. We all do what we can to make life livable.
