everyone,
Can somebody suggest me a way to do the quality computation after skipping the
frames which are decoded by libmpeg2 ? I dont have the original frame
with me since i am working on the encoded mpeg2 streams received from the
satellite . Any reply regarding the quality measure would be helpfull...Many
