I use mpeg2dec-0.4.1 for extract MPG video frames. However, I had
problem on a file, when I use mpeg2dec.exe to play back, it failed, display
many color blocks. What is wrong with the program? I have mpg file (about 2M,
can't send through this mailing list because of the size limit). If you are
willing to take a look, I will send the file to you individually, just give a
reply,
