This is a dupe of bug 156681. - - - The underlines were inconsistent—and could have been shorter/just-right/longer—and were completely dependent on the zoom level. (See my screenshot in attachment 188957.) It was much easier to see at the end of lines, like this report, but it happened everywhere underline was used.
