Well, if you only consider intra-page settings, and ignore all other pages, then, yes, I suppose you can use Right Page that way. However - if you want your page to be on the right side of the gutter, with all pages consistenly placed relative to the gutter (i.e. right-of-gutter always following left-of-gutter and vice verse) - then this won't work. Because if your previous page is right-of-gutter, your page break will result in another right-of-gutter page.
