Not a bug: the copy&paste function acts on cells whatever their contents is,
with data or empty. You will have the same error message if you copy the whole
column A and try to paste it in B2. Doing that means you want a column with
1048576 + 1 row which is not possible. The correct procedure is to copy only
the cells with the needed data.
