At school, here in Belgium, the students use libreoffice Draw everyday. Cropping freely an image is often asked. I hope the "IMPORTANCE" report of the bug will switch from "normal" to "high" (It's a ten years bug ;-) ). Libreoffice Draw (Dessin) is a great piece of software easily assimilated by children (8 - 12 years old).
