I uninstalled Libre Office as recommended and renamed my user profile to User-old. I then reinstalled version 7.5.1.2. In the meantime it is like this: Libre Office starts normally after switching on the PC. However, if I first opened my mail program (The Bat!! Vers. 10.3.3.3 (64 bit) and then Libre Office, Libre Office does not start. Only when I close the Libre Office task with the task manager, can I open Libre Office and it works correctly.
