Sorry, I really don't see the point in me installing an old version of LibreOffice on my brand new PC, I'm pretty sure the bug was there, because it was there 4 years ago, as I mentioned. Bug 149527 mention page down and I cant make libre crash using page down and page up. Anyway if you cant reproduce the bug with the file I gave you, I don't really see how you can fix the bug.;-) unless there is some kind of debugging or logging I can turn on to give you better info.
