Description:
writer: having local indexes in frames (because like that i can copy / move
them) in included documents do not create hyperlinks when exporting pdf from
the master.
this has been working up to 7.6.3.x
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a document with a frame containing an index
2. create an odm master including the first document
3. generate pdf from the master
Actual Results:
the index entries do not hyperlink
Expected Results:
there should be hyperlinks for the index entries
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
