Subject: My Libretto's - What have I done now???

Hi Folks,
Thanks for peoples help in getting WIN98 onto my second Lib. That seems to
be working as it is installing at the moment, but I seem to have broken my
first machine. :-(
One I option I tried was to load the CDRom's Dos drivers onto it to try and
get it working in DOS on this machine. The plan being to then transfer the
files/config whatever to my second machine, but no it didn't work. The when
I rebooted I got an error about not enough stacks in my config.sys. Used
safe mode, ran trouble shooter and removed duplicate device drivers as
suggested. Now when I restart Windows, it finds new hardware: Toshiba
ToPIC97 CardBus Controller. It finds the inf file in
C:\windows\inf\pcmcia.inf but hangs when it is trying to the copying files
bit. If I cancel when it finds the new hardware it loads Windows but
everything is so slow and unresponsive it is unusable. Any ideas???
Cheers,
Andy.
