Tom,

I haven't had that problem (we're so poor we have to code using I and O as 
we can't afford proper numbers...) but I've seen other CT50s that won't talk 
reliably to the drive chip at pushed bus speeds (and they took a bit of 
diagnosing too!). Maybe you can clock by upping the multiplier rather than 
the bus? Won't be as fast but it might help...
