Hello, Https seed works well with https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/emacs-24.3.tar.gz but not with https://4b3bfa7228fcf7c3d73d92a42fe56f6713988a99.googledrive.com/host/0B9JdQhySD5ZGLXNkcHMtcWYzS2M/IN3WLN05WW5.exe. it only downloads 0.19 %. i changed the user agent to "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0" in /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/deluge/core/core.py but still the same problem.
