Comment:
1) Please don't open a ticket just to ask a question. You should post a
message to licq-users [MailingList mailing list] list or come to our
[IrcChannel IRC] channel instead.
2) icqpacket.cpp is in the src directory of the licq source. You have to
build licq from source to use this patch. If you can't build it you will
have to wait for the suse distribution to update the licq package for you
to download.
