Hereby I'm submitting three patches used for licq in Fedora. The first two
make licq building with gcc 4.3 and 4.4, the last one prevents DoS attacks
(CVE-2008-1996).
I'm sorry for inconvenience as the patches have been made against 1.3.5
(it might be that some of the changes have been already applied).
