New description:
I have 2 systems based on SuSE 8.1. On both i have a
problem with licq (1.2.6-1).
When the clipboard programm klipper stores a new URL
(for instance if i mark the website adress in mozilla
before replacing it by typing another), licq crashes in
case i try to open the message dialog in order to send
somebody a message.
Of course, the URL dialog does open - and does freeze.
Sometimes for just 4-5 seconds, sometimes "for ever".
It has also happend, that i was not able to navigate in
kde anymore, and therefore i had to shutdown the server
(killing the licq process via tty/Console did not help).
One possible solution is not to use klipper maybe.

Closing old ticket. If anyone still experiences this problem with the
latest Licq version, reopen this ticket and provide a backtrace of the
hanged process.
