(9.1), LFS...) and run Console Plugin I have a problem
with input locale characters (anywhere - in messages
form, in command form...) But I can receive message in
local language. When i press Russian (local) key nothing
display, and I head peeb of speaker.

Closing old ticket. Trying to reproduce this, I was able to input and send
messages with swedish characters from the console plugin without any
problem.
If anyone can reproduce this problem with the latest version of Licq,
please reopen ticket.
