I did a quick test but failed to reproduce this.
Does it happen only when viewing all users or can it happen for other
groups as well?
Does it happen in threaded view?
Do you use MSN? If so, does it happen for any users or just for ICQ users?
Will switching groups correct the sorting?
Will reloading the contact list (Ctrl+L) correct the sorting?
