Hello!
I have problem with charset of messages at some windows icq clients.
For qip client(qip.ru )-- this is a most popular client for russian users
I need:
I must write messages at cp1251, but i can read only at charset utf8.
Please add function, that can read messages at utf8, but write at cp1251.
I install qutim(linux analog of qip.ru) And qutim have not such bug!
